  • Do you provide cleaning services on weekends or holidays?
    Yes, we offer cleaning services seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our clients' busy schedules and special occasions.
  • Can I reschedule my booking appointment?
    Yes, you can. Please do provide us with the date and time of your current booking appointment, as well as the preferred date and time that you would like to reschedule. Once we have this information, we’ll do our best to find a new appointment slot for you.
  • How do you handle scheduling conflicts or delays?
    While we strive to maintain punctuality and adhere to our scheduled appointments, occasional delays or scheduling conflicts may arise. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work with you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience
  • What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
    If you're not satisfied with the cleaning, you should contact the cleaning company as soon as possible to discuss your concerns.
  • Do your workers speak English?
    Some of our workers are fluent in Malay, while others have a limited proficiency in English.

Cash Payment:

Cash payment towards the Charges shall be borne by you.​

DC Clean Wallet:

DC Clean offers you the facility to make top-up and purchase credits through DC Clean Wallet. This facility is only allowed for IN-APP service requests. You may top up your DC Clean Wallet through the following means:

  • Electronic Payment Gateways

  • Credit Card

  • Bank-in
